Design Submission Legal Terms & Conditions

By submitting your design and in consideration of RockaSkin.com evaluating your Design (hereinafter the "Design") for its possible use on skins (the "Skins"), you agree to the following terms and conditions ("Design Submission Terms and Conditions"):

If your Design is selected for use by RockaSkin.com, you acknowledge that you assign to Player Promotions Inc and its subsidiaries and affiliates (hereinafter collectively "RockaSkin.com") the entire right to use your Design in any manner on or in connection with the Skins, including but not limited to: reproducing the Design on the Skins, selling Skins bearing the Design, changing or reworking the Design by making color or size changes, making derivative works of the Design, using the Design on the RockaSkin.com website and on promotional material for RockaSkin.com

You will maintain ownership of your design and may use or continue to use the Design for any other purposes, except those described below.

If your Design is selected, you may not use the Design (or derivatives of the Design) or allow others to use the Design (or derivatives of the Design) on any Skins, as described above. If your Design is used elsewhere in any way or form, you must notify RockaSkin.com by email naked@RockaSkin.com about where, when and how the Design will be used. In addition, if the Design is used or reproduced for commercial purposes elsewhere, you cannot use the RockaSkin.com community to promote the Design or the company using the Design. You further agree not to use the RockaSkin.com community to promote the products and services of any company that operates in competition with RockaSkin.com.

You acknowledge that the Design you are assigning to RockaSkin.com is your own original work, has not been previously published, and does not contain any trademarks, logos, copyrighted material, or any other intellectual property belonging to any third party, or any material, which RockaSkin.com in its sole discretion, deems to be profane or offensive.

If your Design is selected for use by RockaSkin.com, you will receive: 15% royalty on sales of your Design. RockaSkin.com reserves the right to change these payment terms at any time, by posting them on the RockaSkin.com website, and changes will be effective upon posting. Payment terms will be based on the terms in effect on the date a Design was selected to go into production and not thus not retroactive. You alone will be responsible for the payment of any tax that arises as a result of receiving payment from RockaSkin.com. Payments will be made twice per year, January 31 and July 31. The royalty amount owing must be at least $100 USD (one hundred US dollars) for a check to be issued.

Participants, who in the opinion of RockaSkin.com, do not comply with these Design Submission Legal Terms and Conditions, or for any other reason at RockaSkin.com's sole discretion, can at any time be excluded from consideration without notice. You acknowledge that RockaSkin.com reserves the right to decline to select a Design for consideration for any reason. The decisions of RockaSkin.com are final and binding.
